Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will provide refunds in cases where the product is defective or does not function as documented.

Please review all product information, documentation, and preview materials carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

As a digital product, all sales are final. However, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • • The product has critical defects that prevent it from functioning as described in the documentation
  • • You encounter technical issues that we cannot resolve after reasonable support attempts
  • • The product is fundamentally broken or unusable

We strongly encourage you to review the product documentation, preview materials, and demo content before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, lack of technical skills, or subjective dissatisfaction.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, please email us at hello@getuinux.com with the following information:

  • • Your order number or purchase receipt
  • • The email address used for purchase
  • • The product name
  • • Detailed description of the defect or technical issue
  • • Steps you've taken to resolve the issue (if applicable)
  • • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
  • • Confirmation that you've contacted support first

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately through our payment processor (Polar.sh). However, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
  • • You changed your mind or no longer need the product
  • • You purchased the wrong product (please verify before purchasing)
  • • You lack the technical skills to implement the product
  • • The product does not match your subjective expectations or preferences
  • • You found a similar or cheaper alternative elsewhere
  • • You have already downloaded and used the product files (unless defective)
  • • You have violated the terms of the license agreement
  • • You have redistributed, resold, or shared the product
  • • The product works as documented but you don't like the design or approach

Important: This is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and agree to this refund policy.

License Termination Upon Refund

If a refund is granted, your license to use the product is immediately terminated. You must:

  • • Stop using the product in any projects
  • • Delete all copies of the product files
  • • Remove any implementations of the product from your websites or applications

Continued use of the product after a refund is a violation of copyright law and our license agreement.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a solution.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your license will be immediately terminated, and you will be banned from future purchases.

Support First Policy

Before requesting a refund, you MUST contact our support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issues. Refund requests without prior support contact may be denied.

We provide:

  • • Comprehensive documentation
  • • Email support for technical questions
  • • Installation and setup guidance
  • • Troubleshooting assistance
  • • Bug fixes for legitimate defects

Most issues can be resolved quickly with proper support. We will work with you to fix any legitimate technical problems before considering a refund.

Anti-Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of our refund policy, including but not limited to:

  • • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • • Evidence of downloading, using, and then requesting a refund
  • • Fraudulent or false refund claims
  • • Requesting refunds for reasons not covered by this policy
  • • Attempting to keep the product files after receiving a refund

Customers who abuse our refund policy will be banned from future purchases and may face legal action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your purchase is subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.
