By accessing or using UINUX products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not purchase or use our products.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our products, including UINUX Marketing, UINUX Blog, and any future products.
All purchases are processed securely through Polar.sh, our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Polar.sh's terms and conditions.
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods supported by Polar.sh. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Upon purchase, you are granted a commercial license to use the product. The specific terms of the license are detailed in our License Agreement.
The license is perpetual and non-transferable. You may use the product for unlimited projects, but you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product.
Products are delivered digitally via download link immediately after purchase. You will receive an email with download instructions and access credentials.
It is your responsibility to download and securely store the product files. We are not responsible for lost or corrupted files after delivery.

You are entitled to free updates for the product version you purchased. Major version updates (e.g., v1.x to v2.x) may require a separate purchase.
We provide documentation and email support for technical questions. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not include custom development or implementation services.

Your license does not transfer ownership of the product to you. You are granted a right to use the product under the terms of the license.

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free.
You assume all responsibility for selecting the product to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the product.
In no event shall UINUX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UINUX operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
